Ryan Sears

Ryan is a recent graduate of Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Construction Technology. During his time at FSU, Ryan took courses in computer information systems, management, business policy, human resource management, production management, construction systems, estimating and bidding, wood fabrication systems, and OSHA. As a recent member of the Heroica Construction team, Ryan will receive on-the-job training in estimating and project management to further complement his skill set. He will be a support arm to the estimators and project managers on staff by keeping job records and databases current. Ryan has experience using the take-off program Plan Swift and can accurately complete take-offs for demolition, painting, metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling work.
